Still in lead position: HANSA wins at the bathroom mixers performance review for the 18th time in succession

Top marks for mixer manufacturer – Best manufacturer in overall ranking –First place in 4 of 10 categories

 

HANSA is the best – that was the result of the current reader survey by the industry information service “markt intern”. For the 18th time in succession, “markt intern” readers voted the traditional company their no. 1 trade partner. HANSA came first in four of the total of ten disciplines in the ranking. The Stuttgart-based company received very good marks for product quality, easy assembly, trade margins and support in contract furnishing activities. But that’s not all. In nine of ten categories, the quality manufacturer was among the top 2.

Every two years, “markt intern” asks its readers in the sanitary trade how satisfied they are with the renowned German mixer manufacturers. HANSA has always held its leading position in the survey and retained the title of “Trade partner no. 1”. Once again, the producer of quality mixers for the bathroom and kitchen was voted best manufacturer with an average mark of 2.32.
“The fact that we have won for the 18th time is in itself something of a sensation – and for us, the confirmation that we are on the right track,” says HANSA CEO Christopher Marshall. “And the result also encourages us to continue to invest in our company’s innovativeness, in modern technologies, research and development. Of course, we will continue to remain true to our claim to be a reliable partner to the trade.”

No. 1 in product quality and service issues
Those questioned rated the product quality as particularly good. However, this was not the only area where HANSA scored better than the competition. The company also scored when it came to ease of installation and its response to complaints. HANSA also came first for margins and the prices that the products achieve – and here too proved itself to be a market partner that offers the trade and fitters a genuine added value.

Developing the commercial sector  
And last, but by no means least, “markt intern” readers believe that the Stuttgart company offers the best support to the commercial sector – an award that is particularly important to HANSA. “Here too, we won’t stand still with what we have achieved,” promises Joachim Stücke, CSO at HANSA, “but will continue to develop the commercial area. To that end, we brought Frank Jentsch on board in the spring to be our new Director of Commercial Management. He heads a team of experienced advisors with excellent technical knowledge who specialise in the commercial sector, and know and understand its specific requirements.”

In the top 2 in nine of ten performance categories 
The Stuttgart-based brand manufacturer also performs excellently in other areas, according to the survey respondents. “markt intern” readers are as satisfied with HANSA’s sales support as they are with the manufacturer’s customer care, its trade orientation, consumer advertising and its delivery service. The mixer specialist was among the top two in nine of a total of ten categories.
